Through this course, which is brought to you by Urban Poling, you will learn about the evidence-based, globally recognized ACTIVATOR® Poles & Program - prescribed as best practice for rehabilitation programs to improve outcomes in posture, balance, pain management, and gait. Discover how ACTIVATOR® Poles can be a better alternative to other passive assistive devices, such as canes, walkers, and crutches.
Your customized module will afford you the opportunity to learn about the evidence-based benefits as it relates to Parkinson’s specifically, in addition to how you can seamlessly incorporate the Activator® Poles and program into your LSVT BIG treatment for a range of patients.
Teaching techniques include pre-recorded lecture with slides, videos, and instruction on how the Activator Poles can be used with the Maximal Daily Exercises and all other parts of the LSVT BIG treatment session.
