Shipping
LSVT Global ships materials and merchandise to domestic and international addresses. If shipping restrictions apply to a purchase based on the type of product and/or the customs authority of the specified destination, items cannot be shipped.
When you purchase a course or product using the LSVT Global online store, the shipping costs and delivery dates are estimates based on the shipping address of the recipient, the weight of the products, and the shipping option chosen at checkout. The weight of products is rounded to the nearest ounce.
Returns and Refunds
LSVT Global accepts the return of new, unopened materials and merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date posted by the shipping carrier. Refunds for returned items will be issued within four weeks of LSVT Global’s receipt of the item(s). Please note that LSVT Global must be in receipt of the return item(s) before a refund can be processed.
If an LSVT Global product is delivered to a customer defective or damaged or the item delivered was not the item originally ordered, LSVT Global will pay for return shipping. To request payment for return shipping, please email LSVT Global at info@lsvtglobal.com and include your name, order number, and the name of the product to be returned. Return instructions will be sent by email.
