The BIG for LIFE® Online Training Course provides LSVT BIG® Certified Clinicians with the tools and knowledge needed to start and run post-discharge BIG for LIFE exercise classes in their communities for people who have completed LSVT BIG treatment.
The research-based rationale for community-based exercise for people with Parkinson disease will be reviewed, along with information on how to structure and design BIG for LIFE classes tailored for a variety of individuals. Ethical and legal considerations as well as marketing strategies will be discussed.
Teaching methods include pre-recorded lecture with PowerPoint slides and video demonstrations. A 15-question multiple choice examination will be given at the end with an 80% score required to pass. Retakes are allowed.

- BIG for LIFE designation upon successful completion of course and exam.
